Q. How do i RETURN my items?
A. No worries! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 15 days of receiving the item(s). Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Simply put it back in the original package you have received it and drop it in the nearest post office (no need to wait in line, just hand it to the mail clerk). We already took care of the delivery payment so you don’t need to pay anything. Please contact our customer service to let us know you have returned your items so we can take care of the refund for you.
Q. I wish to replace my items with something else?
A. No problem! If you want to replace your items with something else, just send us back the items in the original package. Send us an email to let us know which items you would like to exchange for. We will prepare your new package and ship it as we receive the unwanted items. You will be informed if you are entitled to a refund or an additional payment, depending on the differences in the prices.
Q. I have received a faulted or incorrect order?
